Welcome to BodyDrop’d ("App", "Platform"), owned and operated by Throttle Studio LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using BodyDrop’d, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the App immediately.

1. Eligibility

• BodyDrop’d allows you to post, share, and interact with content. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content within the App.
• You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

6. Termination

• Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of state of Arizona.
• By using the App, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
